The helpline is usually staffed at the following times.
Monday: 10.00 – 19.00
Tuesday: 10.00 – 16.00
Wednesday: 10.00 – 16.00
Thursday: 10.00 – 16.00
Friday: 10.00 – 16.00
We do also try to answer the helpline outside these times when possible. Unfortunately we are unable to offer helpline services outside office hours. If you are experiencing an emergency you should always call 999.
