Our telephone helpline is open at the following times:

A 24 hour answerphone service is available and we will respond to messages.  Our helpline can also receive text messages 24 hours a day although we can only respond to messages during the opening hours stated.

We welcome calls using the RNID/BT TypeTalk service. If you are a textphone user and want to call Galop you should always put 18001 before dialing our number. This will make sure a TypeTalk Operator is brought onto the line.
