Recruiting: LGBT+ Domestic Abuse Caseworker

We are delighted to have received funding to pilot a new National service aimed at addressing the lack of appropriate services for LGBT survivors of Domestic abuse.  The post-holder will join a dynamic new team working to deliver a national casework and inter agency support service; ensuring more LGBT victims have access to appropriate support and services.   

The Domestic Abuse LGBT+ Caseworker will work within Galop to provide advocacy and support to adult LGBT people in across England and Wales affected by domestic abuse, using telephone/email and other social media.


HOURS:                                35 hours per week

CONTRACT:                        Fixed term contract: to 31/03/2020

SALARY:                              SCP 27 – 31. (£28,200 – £31,764 Incl LW)

RESPONSIBLE TO:           National Domestic Violence Coordinator

BASED AT:                          Galop’s office at N7 6PA
