Recruiting: LGBT+ Hate Crime Independent Victims Advocate

Galop is the UK’s leading LGBT+ organisation providing advice, support and advocacy to people who have experienced hate crime, domestic abuse and sexual violence. 

We are seeking a motivated and self-reliant individual to join our hate crime casework team. 

The role will focus on delivering advice, support and advocacy to empower people targeted by anti-LGBT hate crime. 

We are committed to promoting equality and diversity. We particularly welcome applications from BAME people who are currently under-represented among the staff of LGBT+ organisations. 

HOURS:Three days per week (21 hours per week) 

SALARY:£28,909 – £32,399 Pro rata (incl. London weighting) 

(NJC scale point 20 to 25)  

LOCATION:Galop office, Islington, London 

Deadline:Monday 30th September  

Contract: Contract until 30th September 2020, with potential for extension subject to funding.
