Galop is looking for someone with relevant skills, experience and knowledge to work in an informed and inclusive way as an Independent Sexual Violence Advocate with LGBT+ people aged 13+.

You will be part of a small team committed to LGBT- and trauma-informed empowerment based advocacy and support with LGBT+ survivors across London. You will undertake ISVA work, as well as occasional outreach and development work.

We welcome applications from people with varied work backgrounds who meet the person specification. We particularly encourage applications from BAME and/or trans applicants as we are committed to having a team that reflects as much as possible the diversity of the LGBT+ people that we work with.

Galop is the UK’s LGBT+ anti-violence organisation, dedicated to making life safe, just and fair for LGBT+ people through our services around domestic abuse, hate crime, sexual violence, trans and young people’s advocacy.

35 hours per week

NJC scale point 20-25 (£28,909-£32,399 inc. London Weighting)
