Recruiting: Research and Policy Development Officer

LGBT+ People’s Experience of Sexual Violence

Galop is delighted to invite applicants with research experience to undertake a landmark national study into the experiences and needs of LGBT+ survivors of sexual violence across England and Wales. Working alongside Sexual Violence Support Service colleagues, the post holder will lead the design, implementation and analysis of the research and use the findings to develop strategic interventions enabling a step change in policy and professional practice to better meet the needs of LGBT+ survivors.

Galop actively welcomes applications from the diversity of LGBT+ people, including trans and BAME applicants.

HOURS: 21 hours per week

CONTRACT: Fixed term 2-year contract

SALARY: NJC SCP 20-25 (£28,908-£32,393 FTE inc. LW)

LOCATION : Based at Galop’s office in London (part home working negotiable)

DEADLINE: 5pm, Thursday May 16th
