There is no one specific offence in law of transphobia, instead, transphobia is dealt with by lots of different laws. Getting help from the law depends on what took place and where it happened. Remember it’s not your job to determine whether or not a crime has been committed before deciding to get help with an incident. Trust your instincts – if you feel something’s wrong then it probably is!
