Child Abuse

In law, child abuse includes physical, sexual and emotional harm and neglect. LGBT+ people can experience any of these things as children.

There may also be children in the homes of LGBT+ adults experiencing domestic abuse who are also at risk of child abuse.

We support both current and past victims of child abuse. If you are an LGBT+ adult who experienced child sexual abuse, you can contact our support services, whatever your age now.

Monday – 9:15am to 8pm
Tuesday – 9:15am to 8pm
Wednesday – 9:15am to 4:30pm
Thursday – 9:15am to 4:30pm
Friday – 9:15am to 4:30pm
Closed on weekends

The helpline will close for 1 hour each day at 1pm and open again at 2pm.
