Monday – 9:15am to 8pm
Tuesday – 9:15am to 8pm
Wednesday – 9:15am to 4:30pm
Thursday – 9:15am to 4:30pm
Friday – 9:15am to 4:30pm
Closed on weekends
The helpline will close for 1 hour each day at 1pm and open again at 2pm.
